LOVE Your Stigma
L - learn everything thing you can about you condition. Never stop learning about it. Learn to cry and know that it is ok to be sad. Learn to laugh and know that it is ok to be happy when times are hard. Laughter is the best medicine. Joy will happen only if you let it.
O - own it. You must accept the reality of your condition. Take responsibility for how you react to the indignity of Stigma.When you own something you can do with it what you want. You can possess it or simply put it down and walk away.
